A worldwide telecom company called “373 K,” is considering moving their operations to Nevada, because of a discriminatory bill that passed by the legislature in Georgia, but vetoed by their Governor. Bill 757, also known as the First Amendment Defense Act, was turned down by the state’s Governor, but just the consideration of that bill was enough for Kelvin Williams, founder of 373K, to begin looking for a new state for his business. Williams is looking at either Southern or Northern Nevada for 373K, and hopes to finalize their decision sometime this year.
