A woman found dead along I-80 was shot to death. Nevada County investigators say the body of 46-year-old Felicia Romaine Spruwell-Jones of Reno was found on the road under Interstate 80 at Farad, shortly after 6AM, April 4th. She had been dead about 12 hours. The Sacramento Police Department detained 33-year-old Maurice Di Aundra Rogers and the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office arrested him in connection with Jones’s death.
