A ballot referendum on restoring more favorable rooftop solar rates for customers hasn’t qualified for the ballot yet, but the opposition is already taking some swings at it. A group calling itself Citizens for Solar and Energy Fairness, is pushing to keep current rates in effect, saying Nevada families who can’t afford solar, shouldn’t be paying for others to have it. The coalition says it wants fair rates for all customers.
