Reno Police have arrested a suspect they say confessed to robbing an elderly woman on April 9th. According to police, 20 year old Don Collins grabbed the woman’s bag when she was boarding a bus in the area of E. 9th Street and Montello. The suspect and victim then got into a struggle when the woman wouldn’t let her bag go. The robber pulled harder on the bag, causing the woman to slam her face on the side the bus.
