Reno officials are looking to crack down on a small number of people who have been running, walking and skateboarding along the arches of the new Virginia Street Bridge. The City Council is set to discuss the safety concerns at their next meeting. The bridge, which opened earlier this month, has metal plating on the bottom of the arches designed to thwart pedestrian access. According to Police, they have been getting reports and video footage of people riding skateboards along the arches.
