A bicyclist has died after being struck on Mill Street near Telegraph. The bicyclist, whose name has not been released, was riding north across Mill Street outside a marked intersection about 1:30 p.m Wednesday. when the driver of a westbound minivan hit him. The RPD major accident investigation teams says the driver is cooperating. Speed, alcohol and drugs are not factors in the accident.
