32 law enforcement academy graduates earned their badges from the Northern Nevada Law Enforcement Academy. The latest class includes 14 from the Reno Police Department, 13 from the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, two from the Sparks Police Department, two from the University of Nevada, and one from the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribal Police Department. All graduates were required to pass the Nevada peace officers standards, and post exam and meet physical fitness requirements.
