The Lassen County Sheriff’s have made a second arrest in a deadly shooting west of Susanville. This morning Lassen County Deputies confirmed the arrest of 43 yearold David Bates of Susanville. 46 year old Chance Lovin of Susanville was already in custody. Michael Hubbard was found dead May 25th after deputies received reports of a shooting off of Highway 36. The investigation is ongoing.
