Another Hispanic former federal judge, Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval says he’s not sure if he’s voting for Trump, after Trump’s attack on the judge handling the Trump University fraud case. The Governor says he has concerns about the GOP nominee’s “escalating tone and rhetoric.” Earlier the Governor said he’d vote for Trump because the democratic nominee was “not an option.” Trump, who first refused to back off on the suggestion that a judge of Mexican heritage couldn’t be fair in the case, now says his comments were “misconstrued.”
