An ex-motorcycle gang leader will be tried a second time for killing the leader of a rival gang during a 2011 Reno-area casino shootout. Ernesto Gonzalez, 58, had been sentenced to up to life in prison after his conviction for the fatal shooting of “the Godfather” of the Hells Angels, Jeffrey Pettigrew. The Nevada Supreme Court threw out his earlier conviction in December, citing faulty jury instructions. Gonzales will be arraigned June 23rd.
