A domestic dispute between two male roommates in Carson City, leaves one dead.  Officers had responded to the 3000 block of Melanie Lane twice the same day and were aware that the two were having verbal arguments.  Deputies thought things had settled but later 53 year old  Rex Warren called to say his friend was unconcious and having siezures. Warren was arrested  for Domestic Battery, and booked into the Carson City Jail.   39 year old Richard Doke was taken to the hospital, but died Friday morning at Renown Medical Center in Reno, he never regained consciousness. An autopsy is scheduled to be completed.  Additional charges are pending.
