Sparks Police report on Monday am that they have captured a man who escaped their custody while in handcuffs just after 1 am Sunday morning in the area of Rock and Oddie Blvd. David Money was arrested during an investigation and was last seen going south on Rock Boulevard. He was wearing a white shirt and light blue pants, and was handcuffed.
