One of the Governor’s key supporters on his $1.5 billion “Commerce Tax” has been beaten for the GOP nomination. PK O’Neill of Carson City strongly defended the vote, but faced three GOP challengers in Nevada’s primary. In the four-way race for Assembly District 40, Al Kramer won with more than 29 % of the vote, O’Neill was second with nearly 27%. Sam England was third with 26% of the vote.
