Two abandoned downtown motels in Reno are slated for demolition. The Golden West Motor Lodges and the Heart O’ Town Motels on Virginia near fifth street are slated to face the wrecking ball. The Reno City Council will decide Wednesday whether to send out to bid the $230,000 demolition contract.
