The Douglas County Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Team have busted a suspected prostitute and her pimp. During the investigation, an undercover officer made arrangements to meet up with 30 year old Stephanie Moschella from Carmichael, California, who quoted him prices on different sex acts that she’d perform, while she was on the phone with him. Law enforcement showed up at the motel, and when Moschella and her accomplice, 34 year old Chazarae Blake arrived, the undercover officer, and Moschella negotiated prices inside a motel room. Moschella and Blake were arrested for conspiracy to commit prostitution.
