Both of the inmates who walked away from a Northern Nevada work camp have been found and arrested. 25 year old Nicco Way was found sleeping near a Reno business Monday.  23 year old James Westbrook was caught near Elko The pair escaped from the minimum security camp northeast of Lockwood.
