In honor and remembrance of those who have been affected by violent crime in our community, the Alliance for Victims’ Rights invites all Washoe County citizens to visit and reflect at the Holly Quick Memorial Garden. This Memorial Garden was created in memory of Holly Quick and other victims and survivors of crime. AVR and supporters are coming together June 23rd at 530 PM to celebrate the lives that were lost and hurt by violence, they will have speakers and community members to share their stories and offer resources available in Washoe County.  There will also be free food and drinks offered by Sparks PD and a live butterfly release.The memorial is located on the west side of the Sparks Marina, near Western Village.
