The Reno Police are kicking off Operation Chill this week. They’re going to be handing out coupons for free Slurpees to kids doing good deeds this summer.  Reno Police partner with 7-11, and other law enforcement agencies around the country every year for “Operation Chill.” sending the message to kids that helping others, and obeying the law is the right thing to do. RPD has around 1500 coupons for local kids, and they’ll be passing them out beginning this week.
