Northern Nevada Business Weekly is reporting on plans for the site, that once housed Park Lane Mall. Chip Bowlby of Reno Urban Developers says the site at South Virginia and Plumb Lane would include 100 thousand square feet of retail space, 12 hundred residential units, and 100 thousand square feet of office and professional space. The residential units will be built first and will be comprise three different multifamily complexes. The work could begin in the first or second quarter of 2017.
