Sparks Police have arrested 19 year old Samuel Turnow for involuntary manslaughter in the death of 23 year old Rodney Wright of Reno. Wright was killed February 12th while riding in a car with a group of people. Turnow had a handgun he was showing to people in the car, when it discharged and hit Wright. Turnow is being held at the Washoe County jail for involuntary manslaughter, attempted robbery, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, and destroying or concealing evidence.
