The Bureau of Land Management is hosting a public hearing to discuss the use of motorized vehicles, including aircraft, in the monitoring and management of wild horses and burros on public lands in Nevada.  The hearing is Thursday, July 28, at 6 p.m. at the Bureau of Land Management Battle Mountain Office. If you can’t make it to the meeting, you can still submit your comments in writing, and mail them to the BLM Battle Mountain District Office, Attention: Shawna Richardson, 50 Bastian Road, Battle Mountain, Nevada 89820. Your comments must be received by August 8, 2016 to be considered.
