The Reno City Council has set it’s special meeting on sexual harassment allegations against City Manager Andrew Clinger. It will be Thursday at 9am. Among other things, the council will consider authorizing spending up to 100 thousand dollars for the investigation. The council has canceled a scheduled August 3th regular meeting. Clinger has denied any misconduct.
