The voter registration numbers for all political parties in Nevada increased in July, as shown by the data released by Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske’s Election Division. The number of statewide active registered voters increased by 24,923 compared to a year ago. The percentage breakdown is nearly 40% Democrats, nearly 35% Republicans, and nearly 20% are nonpartisan. Total active Republican voter registration increased by 5,938, while total active Democratic voter registration increased by 8,564 in July.
