A local business owner is asking the community to rally behind a grieving local family. Alison Hardy-Orton and her unborn baby died in west Reno Friday after being hit in a head-on collision by a wrong-way driver. She left behind her husband and young daughter. Now, a local business owner is asking the community to help out this family in their time of need. Sippee’s Childrens Store Owner Terri Hull is asking the community to bring in items to her store that would brighten the toddler’s day or help out the father. Donations will be accepted at 955 South Virginia until August 21st.
