The Reno City council will spend up to 50 thousand dollars, to hire a private investigator and law firm to look into sexual harassment claims against City Manager Andrew Clinger. The investigator will work with the law firm Kamer, Zucker, Abbott.  Clinger has been accused by at least three city employees and denies any wrongdoing.
