Weekday lane closures begin today on State Route 28 south of Incline Village, as NDOT starts work on a multi-year project to construct a shared use path, and other roadway safety and water quality improvements. Through fall, drivers should anticipate periodic construction-related lane closures on State Route 28 in the Ponderosa Ranch and Tunnel Creek areas south of Incline Village. The lane closures will take place intermittently during both day and nighttime hours, to allow for construction equipment to be staged and work to begin on new roadside parking areas and under crossings.
