The Northern Nevada Repeat Offender Program is asking for the public’s help finding a man with several violent felony convictions. Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.  Police say Steven Bumgarner was involved in a stabbing August 13th. Other unrelated felony warrants for Bumgarner’s arrest are pending. Secret Witness is offering a $1000 reward for information leading to Bumgarner’s arrest.
