A brand new reason to party downtown is coming to the biggest little city this weekend. The Pacifica Festival, the latest in the long line of summer events, will bring music, dance, lots of vendors, and great food like Hawaiian shaved ice and Lumpia to the Sands Regency.  The event is free, and goes from 10 until 8pm Saturday, and 10am until 5pm Sunday.
