People in the Dayton area will have some new housing options, as 45 new homes are planned for north of the Smith’s store off Retail Road. Half of the homes being planned at the corner of Kate Peak Road near Kramer Way, will be detached, single-family homes and the other half will be townhouses. CPLC Nevada, Inc., a Nevada nonprofit corporation and affiliate of Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., a community development corporation based in Arizona, will be in charge of the housing construction.
