Firefighters with the Central Lyon County Fire Protection District are mopping up after a brush fire in Dayton. Flames were reported about 1:30PM Wednesday along Grosh Avenue. About an acre and a half burned, plus a motor home and outbuilding. No injuries have been reported. There is no word yet regarding the cause of the fire.
