More money is being spent on the sexual harassment investigation of Reno City Manager Andrew Clinger. The council unanimously approved 100 thousand dollars for the probe, in a brief special meeting Wednesday. $50,000 thousand will go to a Las Vegas Law Firm, another $50,000 will be spent on a separate investigator.
