The Willard Fire, southwest of Susanville has now burned over 2,500 acres and has is currently 50% contained. Mandatory evacuations are in place for the Gold Run area and Hidden Hills Drive, and remain in place in the Cheney Creek drainage, east of Devil’s Corral.
