Two children involved in an Amber Alert in Douglas County are safe, but police are still looking for the non-custodial parents who took them from their grandmothers house. Dason Valdez is accused of battering his mother and taking the children, the day after he lost custody to his parents. he allegedly battered his mother and threatened to return and kill his parents. He is 29, 5’7″, 165 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes with a full-length beard. He was accompanied by, Krystal Reid, a 27 year old female, 5’4″, 130 pounds, brown hair and green eyes. The car they were driving has been found.
