The Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee has approved a $750M public funding plan for a Las Vegas Raiders stadium. The deal would be complete with developers investing 650 million dollars, and 500 million from the Raiders. A new economic impact study shows $620M in revenue and 450 thousand more visitors per year, if a stadium in Las Vegas is built and the Raiders play there. The Governor is on board, Sandoval issued a statement that said Nevada has served as the standard bearer for global tourism, gaming, and conventions for decades.
