Eldorado resorts is going on a buying spree. They’ve agreed to purchase Isle of Capri Casinos for 1.7 billion dollars in cash and stock. That will add 13 resorts to the Eldorado portfolio, giving them 20 properties in ten states. Eldorado recently bought out it’s partners in the Silver Legacy and bought Circus Circus in downtown Reno last year.
