A manufacturing company is planning a move to the Silver State, according to the Northern Nevada Development Authority. Cosmetic Enterprises Ltd. will add a manufacturing facility to their operations in Dayton. CEL has a manufacturing plant in Pacoima, Calif now, where they make cosmetic and skin care products. They’ll hire 30 workers to staff the plant here.
