A Sparks business that earned an “F” from the Better Business Bureau, has been closed after a raid Thursday morning. Cash for Laptops, also known as Laptop and Desktop Repair LLC, has been the focus of numerous complaints about its business practices since at least 2014, according to Sparks Police, who were involved in the raid. Police are not releasing more information, since this is not their case and they were only there to assist outside agencies. The Federal Trade Commission wasn’t commenting. A sign on the door says the location and its contents are under the protection of United States District Court.
