Reno Police have arrested a man they believe sexually assaulted at least four minors.  Officers responded to a downtown motel October 4th, on a report of a man buying alcohol for young girls, and committing sexual acts with them. During the investigation, police tracked four girls between the ages of 11 and 16. Police also learned the Internet Crimes Against Children task force was investigating the suspect for trading child pornography online. The investigation led to the arrest of 46-year-old Richard Kisner of Reno. Investigators say they found a large amount of child pornography on his computer, and more charges are likely. Kisner faces 4 counts of sexual assault, 2 counts of sexual assault of a minor, Sexual assault of a minor under 14, Lewdness with a minor, 2 counts of production of child pornography.
