Investigators are hoping a new sketch will help identify skeletal remains found in the Nevada desert 24 years ago. Detective Michael Marty, an investigator with the Nevada Department of Public Safety says they have worked with a forensic sketch artist from Arizona State University, to create a picture of what the victim looked like in 1992.  the victim, a white male between 35 and 50 years old, with reddish hair between 6’0 and 6’4′ tall, was found March 12th, 1992 off of Sand Canyon Road south of Wellington. It’s estimated he’d been there for four to seventeen months.  He was found with his hands and feet missing.
