The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says a 77-year-old man reported missing has been found dead.  About 10:30AM Sunday, dispatch got word from a Silver Springs resident that a body had been discovered in a nearby wash. The body was identified as Larry Hyatt, last reported seen alive November 2. He was the focus of a three-day search operation. The cause of death is pending a review by the Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office. Search and Rescue had said Hyatt may have had dementia.
