Las Vegas prosecutors will stop charging people accused of having small amounts of marijuana after Nevada voters decided to change the law.  Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson  is suspending cases in progress and won’t file new charges against people accused of having less than an ounce. The new law actually takes effect at the first of next year.
