Sparks Police say a man has been arrested for driving his truck into the Sparks Marina while under the influence of alcohol. Police got the call just before midnight last night. They say when they arrived on scene the truck was submerged in 6 feet of water and the driver, identified as a 29-year-old man from Las Vegas, was out of the marina and uninjured. Police say no one else was in the truck at the time of the crash.
