The National Transportation Safety Board says the Medical Plane that crashed after takeoff in Elko November 18th, appeared to lose power before it went down in a parking lot. The small plane was making it’s initial climb, then turned left and stopped climbing. Four people including the pilot, a patient and two medical crew members were killed in the crash.
