Two people are in custody after a bank robbery in Truckee Saturday. Police say around 10am, a man walked in, showed a handgun and ordered employees to put cash in a bag. Truckee Police detectives, working with the FBI, quickly learned the name of a possible suspect, 19-year-old Alex Frasier of Reno. Police say he was believed to be involved along with a bank employee, 20-year-old Grant Schaeffer, also of Reno. Schaeffer was interviewed and arrested at the bank, and booked into the Nevada County Jail in Truckee for Robbery and Conspiracy. Yesterday, FBI special agents and Police officers found and arrested Frasier in the Redding-area for Robbery and Conspiracy. Frasier will be taken back to Nevada County to face prosecution.
