Earlier this year, the City of Reno’s downtown action plan was initiated, with the goal of getting public opinion about city issues. Last night city council members heard some of the results of the survey which had residents choose which issues should get the most attention.  The top three issues in the survey were: Reducing homelessness, redeveloping blighted or vacant properties, and improving safety downtown.  The Full Report will be released in February.
