An estimated 15,000 people were in downtown Reno Saturday night for the annual Santa Crawl. Sunday, the Reno Police Department released its enforcement statistics. Police say 15 people were arrested on misdemeanor charges, including three for battery and eight for driving under the influence. Four businesses were cited for either served alcohol to minors or allowing them to remain in an adult establishment.
