The man who’s being charged for putting a bleach smelling liquid on food at two South Lake Tahoe businesses is now in more hot water after allegedly attacking an officer at the El Dorado County Jail. 43 year old Harry Dally was arrested November 22nd, and sometime between then and December 4th, Dally made a weapon out of items he found at the jail, and used the weapon to attack a correctional officer on duty. The officer wasn’t hurt, but Dally had another charge added to the ones he already faces. Dally’s bail is now set at $370,000, and will appear in court on those charges January 9th of next year. The substance that was poured on food by Dally is still being tested, and results aren’t expected until February.
