Reno police say a visibly intoxicated man drove his car through a yard in the Caughlin Ranch Area, and crashed into a power box knocking out electricity for about 200 customers.  It happened just before 9 o’clock last night. Police say the driver tried to flee the scene, but neighbors held him until police could make an arrest. The suspect is in the hospital recovering from injuries sustained while trying to escape from the neighbors.
