A man was struck by a car Saturday while crossing Ralston Street near Third. Two pedestrians were walking together in the crosswalk but were wearing dark clothing. One of the men managed to get out of the way as the northbound car approached, but the other was hit. He suffered minor injuries to his knee. Police have not stated weather the driver will be cited.
