A San Diego man, who’s a suspect in a rape case in Truckee, has been arrested. 25 year old Douglas Scott Thomas is accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was unconscious on November 14th. The woman reported the assault the same day. Thomas was found a few days after the sexual assault in Boise, Idaho, and remains in the Nevada County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
